Werewolf in Amguri ?
This video clip circulating widely on different social media claiming to spot a creature in Amguri and creating panic among the commoner turned out to be fake upon preliminary investigation. The supporting evidences indicate that someone has dubbed the original soundtrack over.
This clip was believed to be a part of the short film "Lobisomem Morto a Tiros" which translates to "Werewolf shot to death, later edited in order to fulfil vested interest of some people. (Find the YouTube link in comment section.)

Conclusion:
