Thank you very much to the organisers of the Block Level Competition of Aryabhatta Science Centre, Bamundongra under Mandia Block, Barpeta District for inviting me as a Speaker at the Science Programme. It was an honour to be a part of the Science Model Competition, Poster Drawing Competition, Science-Based Extempore Speech Competition and the Science Idea Competition.

Sub: Online Application Form for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [(NEET (UG)]

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is inviting Online Applications for NEET (UG)2025 for admission to the undergraduate medical courses all medical institutions in India.

As per Section 14 the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, the NEET (UG) has to be conducted as a common and uniform National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test [[NEET (UG) for admission to undergraduate medical education in medical institutions. The NEET (UG)-2025 scores and merit list will also apply for admissions to BDS and BVSc & AlH ses followed the past in accordance with the rules governed by respective regulatory bodies. Similarly, as per Section 14 of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, there shall be a uniform NKET (UO) for admission to undergraduate courses in each of the disciplines 1.e. BAMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses of the Indian System of Medicine in all Medical Institutions governed under this Act. NEET (UCI) shall also be applicable to admission to the BHMS course under the National Commission for Homeopathy.

MNS (Military Nursing Servicej aspirants socking admission B.Sc. Nursing Courses being conducted at Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals for the year 2025 are required to qualify for NEET (UG). The NEET (UG) seore will be used for shortlisting for selection to the four-year B.Sc. Nursing course.

The exazn will be held on 04 May 2025 and the duration of the examination will be 180 minutes (03 hours) from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM (IST)

The NERT (UG)2026 will be conducted in 13 languages ic Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu

➤ Last Date of Form Issue & Submission has been extended: till 11th February 2025 (up to 3pm) (Please collect the Admission Forms from the School Office by producing original Birth Certificate)

➤ Date of Draw of Lots for Admission into Class 1: 22.02.2025 (Saturday), Time: 12.30pm onwards

➤ Date of Admission for Class I (One): From 26.02.2025 to 06.03.2025 (As per Selection List)

➤ Commencement of Classes (I to X): 1st April 2025 as usual

বিশেষ উদগনি হিচাপে অসম চৰকাৰে এইবাৰ নিয়মীয়া পাঠ্যক্ৰমৰ পৰিৱৰ্তে কোচিং চেণ্টাৰত নামভৰ্তি কৰা সকলো যোগ্য ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীকো উচ্চতৰ মাধ্যমিক পৰীক্ষাত উত্তীৰ্ণ হোৱাৰ পাছত স্কুটী প্ৰদান কৰাৰ সিদ্ধান্ত লৈছে। অৱশ্যে অহা শিক্ষাবৰ্ষৰ পৰা নিয়মীয়া পাঠ্যক্ৰমত নামভৰ্তি কৰা ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীকহে এই আঁচনিৰ বাবে যোগ্য বুলি গণ্য কৰা হ’ব। বিৰতি বৰ্ষ(Gap year)ৰ পাছত নিয়মীয়া পাঠ্যক্ৰমত নামভৰ্তি কৰা ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীসকলেও নিয়মীয়া পাঠ্যক্ৰমত নামভৰ্তি কৰাৰ লগে লগে স্কুটী লাভৰ বাবে যোগ্য বিবেচিত হ’ব।

As a special dispensation, the Government of Assam has decided to provide a scooty to all students who have joined coaching centres instead of regular courses this year, after passing the Higher Secondary (HS) examination, provided they meet the eligibility criteria. However, from the next academic year, only students who enroll in regular courses will be considered eligible for the scheme. Students who join regular courses after a gap year will also become eligible for the scooty upon enrollment in a regular course.
