On 5th April, a day-long workshop on Research Methodology was successfully organized by our department. The session was led by Dr. Pranti Dutta, who shared valuable insights on “Statistical Tools and Data Analysis in Social Sciences.”

With her expertise and interactive approach, Dr. Dutta provided students with a deeper understanding of data handling and analysis, equipping them with essential research skills. The workshop proved to be highly enriching and beneficial for all participants, sparking interest and confidence in academic research.

The Department of Political Science celebrated the National Constitution Day upholding constitutional values, encouraging students to spread the importance of the Indian Constitution.

The Debate and Quiz Club along with Department of Political Science organized a Speech Competition on the occasion of 76th Independence Day Celebration and Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav on the topic "India: before and after independence". Few glimpses.

The Department of Political Science organized a Library Orientation programme on 12/08/2022. The department would like to thank Dr. Gaurishankar Karmakar for kind guidance to the students.

Department of Human Rights Education inaugurated it's first wall magazine. The Principal of the college inaugurated the wall magazine and also encouraged the students to continue such work. By this wall magazine, the students of the Department tried to focus on rights we posses and how constitution protects our rights.
