Trying to grow your YouTube channel but not sure what to name your videos?
You’re not alone. A lot of creators just guess at what will work. But there’s a better way.
It starts with keyword research. And it doesn’t have to be hard.
Here’s a simple 3-step plan to find the right keywords:
Step 1: Use a tool like Ahrefs and set it to YouTube search.
Type in a broad idea, like “unboxing,” and see what people are actually searching for.
Step 2: Get specific.
Broad words can be too vague. Instead of “unboxing,” try “smartphone unboxing” or “PS5 controller unboxing.” These get more clicks because they speak to what people really want.
Step 3: Pick smart.
Not all keywords are created equal. Choose ones that match your video and aren’t too competitive. That way, you’ve got a better shot at showing up in search results.
Bottom line: A little research can lead to a lot more views.
Ready to get your videos in front of more people?
Start asking:
What are my viewers searching forand how can I show up right when they need me?
