Kanji age old Indian probiotic
Black carrots are easily available, making kanji is very simple take a glass or ceramic jar fill it with water approximately in a litre of water add 1tea spoon salt, one chopped black carrot, a teas spoon of rai and to further enhance the flavor you can add Jeera powder, black salt, hing, chillies.
I love the flavour of fermented red chilli.

Sweet Chili Sauce
Mix in equal quantities of vinegar, sugar and chillies and boil it it comes together, Voila it's ready
Simple and best!!
