Our kindergarten students embarked on an exciting journey to create their very own model of the *Chandrayaan-3 Vikram Lander.* Guided by their teachers, the little ones used their creativity and imagination to build a miniature version of this historic spacecraft. Using simple materials like cardboard, colored paper etc they carefully assembled each part, bringing the lander to life.This hands-on activity not only introduced them to the wonders of space exploration but also nurtured their curiosity and teamwork. Krishna Janmashtami or Gokulashtami, is a vibrant and joyous Hindu festival that celebrates the birth of Lord Krishna, the eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Janmashtami is more than just a festival, it’s a time to reflect on the values and teachings of Lord Krishna, who symbolizes love, compassion and wisdom. At Shalom Hills School, Nirvana as we celebrate Janmashtami the day began with the little ones offering their heartfelt prayers and songs in praise of Lord Krishna with devotion as they joyfully participated in the rituals, learning about the significance of Janmashtami in a fun and engaging way. The highlight of the day was the craft-making session, where the children eagerly used their creativity to make beautiful and vibrant crafts related to Lord Krishna. From colorful flutes and crowns of baby Krishna in his cradle, each craft was a labor of love.
