On the occasion of World Youth Skills Day 2026, the Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) proudly marked the inaugural edition of DOST Select, an initiative introduced to recognize and honour the outstanding performers of the Samsung DOST Program.

Following a rigorous and transparent evaluation process, 15 exceptional candidates were selected based on the following criteria:
• A minimum score of 60% in the NCVET Skill Assessment conducted through the Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH).
• A minimum score of 37 out of 40 in the On-the-Job Training (OJT) evaluation.
• Successful employment in the organized retail sector, demonstrating the effective application of the skills acquired during the programme.

The selected candidates were recognised for their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence throughout their skilling journey. Their achievements reflect the impact of industry-aligned skill development in enhancing employability and preparing a future-ready workforce.

TSSC congratulates all the awardees and remains committed to advancing quality skill development initiatives that empower India's youth and contribute to the nation's growth.
