Many organisations still approach POSH under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act as a mandatory annual requirement.

One session.
One policy recap.
One compliance report.

But a truly safe workplace goes far beyond the law.

It connects deeply with:

✔ Respect
✔ Psychological safety
✔ Leadership accountability

Because culture is always a top-to-bottom approach.

At Protouch, we recently conducted an Internal Committee (IC) training for leaders, focusing not just on procedural clarity — but on sensitivity, neutrality, fairness, and ethical decision-making.

We worked on:
🔹 Handling complaints with empathy and objectivity
🔹 Avoiding victim-blaming language
🔹 Ensuring confidentiality and procedural integrity
🔹 Understanding the intersection of POSH with Diversity & Inclusion

When leaders see POSH as a leadership responsibility — not just an HR function — transformation begins.

Compliance is the baseline.
Inclusion is the benchmark.

And culture is the ultimate outcome.
