✨ MANGO SOOJI HALWA FOR BABY (6 months+)
A nourishing, naturally sweet first food-
What you need:
• 2 tbsp fine sooji (semolina)
• 2 tbsp ripe mango purée
• 1/2 tsp ghee
• 2–3 tbsp water or breast milk/formula
How to make it:
1. Dry roast sooji in ghee on low flame for 2–3 mins until fragrant
2. Add water and stir continuously until it thickens
3. Take off heat, cool completely
4. Mix in fresh mango purée
5. Adjust consistency with breast milk/formula — soft and mashable for beginners
💛 Ghee supports brain development. Mango brings natural sweetness + Vitamin C. Sooji gives energy and texture exposure — perfect for little learners!
