Dear Millennials,

If you are among the top 10,000 students of your country then your objective of getting educated should not be landing up for a Job.

Go out and change the world.

I read these line somewhere and it kicked my mind.

Bring a change in the system/process/society which you think is not right. Use your Innovation and creativity, find a robust and sustainable solution for changing that problem.

I know and read about the people daily who are leaving their high profile careers and trying out something new. They are opting an entirely different path.

This is an era of millennials. This world would be lead by youths.

When I meet kids of this millennial era, they amaze me by their intellect and creativity. Sometimes I think, would I do justice with them when I will lead them down the line.? Because I don't consider myself eligible enough to lead them. They are far more intelligent, risk takers and faster than me.

Here I would quote Jeff bezos, "Anybody who does not change their mind a lot, is dramatically understimating the complexity of the world we live in."

So a message for leaders/managers/trainers and teachers out there. You will have to change your attitude towards these millennials. You will have to change the way you judge, lead and deal with them. Stop asking bullish*t questions like where do you see yourself after five years.? Sometimes they are changing their entire life course just in 5 days.

Empower them & have trust and faith in them. They will do magic for you because your time is gone now. This is their era.

CCNA Training session in Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Institute of Technology in Port-Blair from 1st june to 30th june'15. I have no doubt in it that It was the BEST training session of my life, from the location to students, just mind-blowing.
A special thanks to faculty co-ordinator Mr. Sukhwinder Singh and Mr. Bhoopendra Singh and Student co-ordinator Ms. Priya, Mr. K. Kartik & Mr. Ravi Ranjan.
I will come back to those streets again for sure. This place has already given me so many memories to cherish.
More than 72 students attended the session.!!
