Leadership Camp Mashobra 2026: A Journey Beyond Classrooms
From 21st May to 26th May 2026, our school organized an unforgettable educational and adventure trip to the picturesque hills of Mashobra, Himachal Pradesh. Surrounded by the majestic Himalayas and lush green forests, this leadership camp provided students with a perfect blend of learning, adventure, teamwork, and personal growth.
The journey began with great enthusiasm as students departed from the school campus and were divided into four dynamic teams – Devbhoomi, Power Rangers, Falcons, and Wild crew. Throughout the camp, these teams participated in various challenges and activities that encouraged cooperation, leadership, and healthy competition.
The camp was packed with exciting adventures including trekking through forest trails, rappelling, flying fox (zipline), commando obstacle courses, guided nature walks, and a thrilling night trek. These activities not only tested the students’ physical endurance but also helped them build confidence, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
One of the most enriching experiences was the Survival Skills Workshop, where students learned basic shelter-building techniques, wilderness safety, navigation skills, and teamwork under challenging situations. The team survival challenges taught valuable lessons about leadership, communication, and decision-making.
Evenings were filled with joy and reflection as students gathered around the bonfire, shared their experiences, participated in group discussions, and strengthened friendships. The camp also provided opportunities for self-discovery and learning beyond the traditional classroom environment.
The final day included a memorable excursion to Shimla, where students visited The Ridge, Mall Road, and Christ Church, experiencing the cultural and historical charm of the hill station.
The Mashobra Leadership Camp was more than just a trip—it was a transformative journey that helped students develop confidence, independence, teamwork, and leadership qualities. As the students returned home on 26th May, they carried with them not only beautiful memories but also valuable life lessons.
