Earth Day was marked by a meaningful learning experience that encouraged our young learners to reflect on their role in caring for the planet 🌍💚
Through an engaging role play, Grades 1 and 2 students explored the idea of a “crying Earth” and understood how human actions can help or harm the environment. They sorted actions that make the Earth happy or sad, took a pledge to protect nature, and planted seeds as a symbol of their commitment to a sustainable future. 🌱
As a thoughtful extension, students also created Earth Day badges to spread awareness within their community—reinforcing the importance of responsibility, reflection, and real-world action in shaping mindful global citizens. ✨

Global Perspectives in Action at Kunskapsskolan International School 🌍✨
Meaningful learning went beyond the classroom as our Grade 10 Cambridge IGCSE students collaborated with Ujjwal NGO for their Team Project.
Group 1 (Project Swasthya) conducted a thoughtful period awareness workshop for boys—encouraging open conversations, breaking taboos, and sharing accurate information on health and hygiene. They also extended support by providing notebooks and pens to visiting learners.
Building on this impact, Group 2 (Kal Ki Taiyari) led an engaging career awareness session for senior students, focusing on self-confidence, communication skills, goal setting, and positive thinking—empowering them to make informed choices about their future.
Together, these initiatives reflect the power of student leadership, empathy, and collaboration in shaping responsible global citizens. đź’«
