Dadhich True Education Pvt. took an initiative to light the world of those students who are not able to make it for higher studies in abroad, employment in multinational companies and hesitate to talk in English around. Through our module named PARAS we provide online education courses of English, Personality Development and Career Counseling for the
students of 6th – 12th standard through our advanced technology module like incorporating appealing visual, audio, sketch and movie clips to comprehend learning effectively. The basic agenda of PARAS is polish each of the students in English Speaking. Why PARAS is important? In rural and semi urban sectors children do not get environment where they can speak in English with their surroundings. This can lead up to the phase where they couldn’t make it for top educational institutes like IIT, IIM, JNU, DU, NLU, BHU etc or officer level jobs in private as well as government sectors like Defence, Banking, IAS, IPS, Railways etc. Their mother language and regional language even involved in teaching methods too. Existing language teaching modules are based on increasingly outdated grammar translation techniques. The vocabulary of the students isn’t match to the private school’s student. And this becomes the reason why children from villages fail to grab the opportunities where they can get decent jobs. The PARAS programme target those students to overcome career building challenge and gives them hope of interacting with people in English. The only mission around which we revolve in - transforming individual’s English speaking skills, Personality Development, Career Counseling & Current affairs. Our initial focus would be to teach students of 6th-12th std., through on-line classes adopting innovative methodology for nurturing. In turn, the student’s confidence, presentation, knowledge & attitude will drastically change to meet out any career challenge as opportunity. Consequently, the usage of English speaking will be more than their mother tongue. When Our Idea Took Shape
You must have heard this phrase “Hard Work, Pays off”. We have tasted it while experimenting in rural and semi urban areas of Rajasthan. We have implemented it over and students who were too hunky-dory in speaking their mother languages are equally confident in English Speaking. These are not false statements that schools of Rajasthan promoted our programme and some are desperate to implement in their schools. Over the time we have expanded over geographical coverage to various other states of northern India like Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana and Punjab etc and soon our conch shell will blow all over the country. Born in a small village name Araksar, District Nagaur, Rajasthan Mr. Avinash Dadhich took first step in a world towards thousand miles. After his schooling and college that too from Rajasthan, his train of life drove him to the Delhi University for LLB (Bachelor of Law) and then he practiced his law in Delhi High Court for 1 year. In 2007, French Government offered him the scholarship for pursuing LLM (Master of Law) and in 2009 UK Government offered him the scholarship for PHD in UK. In 2012, he came back to India and joined Ministry of Corporate Affairs. But that wasn’t enough, he worked as a Senior Consultant in Ernst & Young in India and thereafter, he joined Deloitte as a Manager. In 2015, US Government Honored Dr. Avinash Dadhich as Emerging Young Leader in India and he visited San Francisco, Washington DC, New York. During this exposure he realized Leadership is not bound to Politics, Government Jobs etc., also leadership quality can bring the change in society through business and social entrepreneurship too. In earlier life, the challenges he had faced during his journey from a small Village to metro city especially in terms of English Communication and Soft Skills, nothing has changed in teaching module in rural and semi urban areas till now. To change the concept of teaching module in schools in rural and semi urban areas, Dr. Avinash Dadhich took an initiative to bring the change in society through PARAS. “Paras’ as the name define itself, is a touchstone to convert iron into gold i.e. “A valuable conversion” for wealthy recognition. Rising Sun depicts the Joy and a climbing child is a touch or empowerment of rural and semi urban areas students, to ascertain their success in career and personal life. The mountain itself painted in the color of international flag which shows that it is based on nurturing psychological factors, learning skills, effective communication & personality development of these untouched potential students of villages. “S” is the symbol of Saraswati and Tri Color of India’s National Flag depicts the prosperity and brightness in student’s career. Students who need a fresh start to learn English Speaking, we proffer the simple module which includes vocabulary building with knowledge of adverbs, pronouns speaking sentences. It will help building students vocabulary through Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing Skills. Every session has workbook exercise and it is provided to everyone who will enroll the course.
