November reminded me why I love what I do.
I spent most of the month travelling across the city, meeting professionals from different backgrounds, and sharing conversations that stayed with me long after the day ended.

In every workshop I run today, thereโs a moment when I realise just how much storytelling has changed.
Not because people have changed -
but because the world they grew up in has.
Gen Z and Gen Alpha donโt wait for a story to โget interesting.โ
They decide in seconds whether itโs worth their time.
Not out of impatienceโฆ
but because theyโve lived their whole lives surrounded by noise.
To reach them, our stories must cut through that noise with truth.
They donโt want formality - they want presence.
They donโt want perfection - they want the unfiltered version.
They donโt want long monologues - they want moments that move them.
This generation sees stories before they hear them.
They respond to vulnerability before expertise.
They trust meaning before messaging.
And the storytellers who will thrive are the ones who understand that storytelling is no longer a one-way broadcast - itโs a shared space, an invitation, a dialogue.
Iโm sharing this because todayโs younger audiences arenโt โdifficult to engage.โ
Theyโre simply demanding something deeper: authenticity, intention, and stories that make them feel seen.
If we evolve how we communicate, we wonโt just appeal to them - weโll create stories that belong to the future.

We also unpacked a powerful real-life story from 1913 which was a masterclass in planning, adaptability, and leadership under intense pressure. A reminder that even in chaos, clarity comes from preparation.
For FMCG leaders - where speed, pressure, and constant decision-making are daily reality - time and stress mastery becomes a strategic advantage.
As it influences - decision quality, emotional resilience and personal well-being
Because when leaders learn to create harmony, not balanceโฆ everything around them begins to align.
