Expressive Arts/Movement Therapy, segregated into Creative Dance Movement Therapy and Arts Therapy, are the most effective means to allow non-verbal expressions and catharsis, without reinforcing the content. It is an approach of altering the thoughts (psychology) through body (somatic), utilising muscle memory, bodily patterns and movement repertoire. Conscious Breath Work, indicates creating conscious awareness towards the natural flow of energy through Breath. Sangeeta is a holistic psychotherapist, a NLP master-practitioner, a creative dance movement therapist, cognitive skills master trainer and a self-exploration enabler. She is an active member of Creative Movement Therapy Association of India (CMTAI) and International Dance Council, CID c/o UNESSCO. She is a self-confessed spiritual seeker and actively practises various spiritual processes and kriyas. She is also a 'Co-founder & Director' of Mind Edutainment Pvt. She designed and annually innovates the curriculum for developing Cognitive, Social & Emotional skills of Primary & Middle years (age 4-14) students, known as THOTS Lab (www.ThotsLab.com). Overall, she is a multi-dimensional person with deep & diverse roots in spiritual, cognitive, expressive arts and psycho-therapeutic domains. Since more than a decade, she has been proactively sharing her wisdom through her sessions/workshops and empowering others. Over the years, she has and been working with both adults and children, of varied social settings and developmental needs, in both individual and group settings, including corporate's, insinuation's, NGO’s, etc. Her work is a comprehensive mix of healing therapeutics for integrated mind & body in thoughts, emotions, physical body, and inherent energy.
