Mindfulness and Social Intelligence Programme for Leaders- a three- day training workshop, organised by Shri Educare Limited enabled our Team Leaders to learn, reflect, and grow. Day 1 started with Manika Ma’am, Director, The Shri Ram Schools, sharing valuable insights on the Shri Way of Empathy and Emotional Quotient in Leaders. In Shri schools, there is no way to happiness; happiness is the way.
Day 2 and 3 were effectively led by Prof. Vishal Gupta from IIM Ahmedabad, on Mindfulness, Inner Engineering, and Non-Violent Communication (NVC). Leadership is a noble profession with the responsibility to create positive impact. Emphasis on multitasking reduces effectiveness; focus on one task at a time and learning from the past without regret and planning for the future without worry were few of the take- aways of the programme.
“Every lesson we teach plants a seed for tomorrow.”
A meaningful workshop on Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies was conducted by Rachita Ma’am for our Junior School and Activity Teachers.
The session highlighted the powerful connection between what we want students to achieve and the teaching strategies that help them get there.
Together, we continue to reflect, grow, and inspire—because every lesson shapes tomorrow.

“Good teaching is one-fourth preparations and three-fourths pure theatre.” By Gail Godwin
Our teachers had a theatre workshop engaging them in a series of theatre conventions and collaborative exercises designed to encourage teamwork, creativity, trust-building, and self-expression. The activities focused on helping participants break their habitual patterns and step out of their comfort zones through playful and process-oriented theatre practices.
A fun-filled and energetic Dance Workshop was conducted by Jolly ma'am and Shriyansh sir for the teaching staff. The workshop provided teachers with an opportunity to relax, learn new dance moves, and experience the joy of movement and rhythm. Through engaging activities and lively music, the session promoted teamwork, coordination, and stress relief. It was an enjoyable and refreshing experience that encouraged positivity, bonding, and enthusiasm among the teachers.
