Anurag Agarwal (M.B.A, University of Michigan, USA). Dr. Vasudha Agarwal is a Gold medalist in Masters in Child Development and holds Ph.D. from PGIMER, Chandigarh in area of Life Skills Training (LST) for adolescents. She has developed, implemented and evaluated preventive and promotive LST program by the name of “I choose who I am and who I want to be” with children and adolescents. She has work

ed as a lecturer of Child Development in Lady Irwin College, New Delhi. She has also worked as a volunteer counselor in New York as well as a curriculum specialist for a preschool In Singapore. Dr. Vasudha is also trained in child and adolescent REBT from Albert Ellis Institute, New York. She has worked as a counselor with one of the prestigious school in the NCR.

Today is the birth anniversary of swami vivekanda, a role model for us and our children. On this day, take out time and talk to your kids about his life. Talk about the belief systems he lived and inspired others to live with. Strength, believe in yourself, have no fear, set goals and work towards them, stop blaming, work on yourself.. That's what we want us and our kids to have. Talk about them through his story.
