The idea of ReadyMaid, a vocational training initiative by SRMS Pvt. Ltd came from understanding the need of the progressive employers who believe in the dignity of labor and respect for every individual. This initiative sources, trains and places domestic workers for such audience. We strive to bring professionalism to an industry filled with misconceptions and exploitation, and to a large part, we have succeeded in that. With employment linked vocational training as key focus area, we aim to provide short duration training programs to young Indians with no or limited formal education and get them employed. Further, we guide and provide these workers with ongoing education and training to help them realize their fullest potential. Each domestic worker is well trained and their background verified before they are placed with the employer. We believe in the sanctity of human labor and are determined to change lives for better.
