From the moment they stepped through the doors, they were immersed in an environment where every detail, from the warm smiles of the staff to the elegant ambiance, spoke of a commitment to excellence.

This visit was about observing & inspiring the next generation of hospitality leaders. The experience sparked their imagination, ignited their passion, and instilled a sense of confidence in their ability to shape their own futures in this dynamic and evolving field.

What a whirlwind of a day, but honestly, we loved every second of it!

During the CIIIH Open House: Learning to Leading in Mumbai, we got to dive deep into our core departments—Culinary, Food & Beverage Service, and Rooms Division—to see exactly what it takes to pursue a career in hospitality.

A major highlight was seeing students and parents interact directly with our expert faculty and current students. The energy was incredible!

Our students had a focused soft skills session at ITC Hotels’ ITC Maratha, led by Saikat Das, Programme Lead, CIIIH.

The session went beyond theory. It centred on how young professionals present themselves, communicate with confidence, and deliver service that meets the expectations of premium hospitality brands.
