Failed multiple RC treated teeth, Fractured, Loss of vertical dimension, Traumatic bite, Multiple periapical pathologies- 13, 11, 21, 24, Cortical Bone loss with 13, 11, 21, 24. Patient has a hard diet and loves to eat, diabetic, hypertensive- medical status!
Plan of action- RST, PST, Extraction of 24, Apicectomies, Implant placement, PRF augmentation!
