Dear Friends:

This page was created by Team Elements when we were passionately trying to help managers and students achieve their fullest potential.

Elements achieved a lot: making more than 10,000 students employable over a dozen centres in India. And training managers in some of the most respected companies in India and abroad.

All good things must come to an end. Elements is no longer active and therefore this page is not being refreshed. We have just retained it as a memory of some wonderful times.

Personally, I have gone back to the corporate world (live with my family in Cape Town). Will be happy to be in touch over LinkedIn or personal email.

MV Subbiah - Former Chairman of the US$4bn Muruguppa Group. Recipient of Padma Bhushan and JRD Tata Leadership Award. Turned around various companies lie EID Parry and TI Cycles.

Dilip Chenoy - CEO of NSDC, which is a Public-Private-Partnership aimed to upskill 15 crore people over the next 10 years. It has invested more than Rs. 1500 crores in 86 companies which are providing employability solutions.

Rajan Navani - CEO of Jetline Group of Companies. And Chairman of CII's India@75 and CII Young Indians.

It was a wonderful honour that such an illustrious group found our idea one of the best in India.
The award also comes with 2 tickets to Australia for a 2 week all expenses paid Advanced Entrepreneurship course run by Deakin University. Participants include promising entrepreneurs from across the globe.
