Onward Pursuit Our endeavour is to play a pivotal role in helping students of classes IX-XII make informed choices Domain expertise: conducting development workshops.

We are a group of consultants who have been working on career assessments and guidance programs for classes IX to XII. Our team consists of trained and qualified counsellors with a collective experience of over 2 decades. Our endeavour is to play a pivotal role in helping students make informed choices and explore further study options and career opportunities best suited to them. METHODOLOGY:

We

provide psychometric assessment of the students’ personality, interest, aptitude and hidden potential. This analysis would facilitate the students towards increasing self awareness about themselves. The process of aligning one's interests and preferences with personality and potential will help to explore varied options. The detailed report will, then, guide them to choose the right stream and develop an action plan towards achieving their respective career goals. THE TEAM:

Madhulika Basak:

A PGD in career counselling, Madhulika brings with her a rich experience of over 2 decades in the fields of management consulting, teaching and mentoring students, as well as travel and tourism. Bineeta Malhotra:

A Psychology graduate, Bineeta has over a decade of integrated experience in the corporate world and the areas of career counselling and conducting workshops. Involved in planning and organizing training and development, she is also a certified career coach accredited to the Certified Coaches Alliance, Canada. Nidhi Sharma:

Nidhi is a post graduate in psychology and specializes in applied counselling, organization behaviour and clinical psychology. She is a counselling psychologist and has varied experience as a school and career counsellor. Amrit Gill Randhawa:

A management graduate, Amrit is a 16PF qualified counsellor and has India and overseas career guidance and psychometric test administration experience of over half a decade. Vasundhara Agarwal:

A qualified entrepreneur who has successfully developed and run her own businesses for over a decade.
