BIO-CLOCK
If we have to go out, we set the alarm at 4.00 in the morning and go to sleep.
But sometimes we get up before the alarm. This is Bio-clock.
Many people believe generally that they die at the age of 80 - 90.
Many set it up their own Bioclock believing that at the age of 50-60 all diseases will come.
That’s why generally people get sick at 50-60 and die at early stage.
We unknowingly set up our BIOCLOCK INCORRECTLY.
Most people in Japan live to be 100 years old. Their Bioclock is set up like that.

So friends,
1. We will tweak Bio-clock so that we can live to be at least 100 years old.
Remember age is just a number.
But old age is mindset. Some people are young at 75 years while some feel old at 50 years.
2. We should believe that at 40 to 60 years there is no chance of getting any disease.
3. Look young. Do not allow the appearance of ageing.
4. Be active. Go jogging instead of walking.
5. Believe that health can increase with age. (*It's true*).
6. This mind is the reason for everything.
