Before finding solution to any issue, it is important to identify the areas of improvement. This includes a need analysis to understand the current sta

tus of the client in terms of Image Management and then identifying the areas to work upon. Training of employees: Employees are the basic pall bearers of the company’s image and it is essential for them to be well aware of the science and art of managing their image/appearance. We offer training workshops/group coaching based on a training need analysis (TNA). Complete knowledge and guidelines are provided to create a great visual impression. A special emphasis is laid on corporate etiquette which includes dining, travel, email, phone calls and meetings. Based on specific requirements, International etiquette can also be included in the workshop. Corporate Image Retainer: A company can retain us and periodically utilize our services through sporadic workshops and ongoing follow up coaching. As a retainer, we also impart random quality checks to maintain consistency in standards of the employees for their visual appearance, in addition to this solutions are provided on brand image including stationary, dress code policy etc. One-on-one coaching solutions: Under this format we offer tailor made solutions for every individual. These packages are customized to suit the needs of an entity based on their prerequisites. From a CEO to an entry level executive, every individual wants to appear credible and appropriate for the roles he/she plays and the goals he/she would like to achieve. BIO-CLOCK

If we have to go out, we set the alarm at 4.00 in the morning and go to sleep.

But sometimes we get up before the alarm. This is Bio-clock.

Many people believe generally that they die at the age of 80 - 90.

Many set it up their own Bioclock believing that at the age of 50-60 all diseases will come.

That’s why generally people get sick at 50-60 and die at early stage.

We unknowingly set up our BIOCLOCK INCORRECTLY.

Most people in Japan live to be 100 years old. Their Bioclock is set up like that.

So friends,

1. We will tweak Bio-clock so that we can live to be at least 100 years old.

Remember age is just a number.

But old age is mindset. Some people are young at 75 years while some feel old at 50 years.

2. We should believe that at 40 to 60 years there is no chance of getting any disease.

3. Look young. Do not allow the appearance of ageing.

4. Be active. Go jogging instead of walking.

5. Believe that health can increase with age. (*It's true*).

6. This mind is the reason for everything.
