• The Purpose of Visit is not consistent with your temporary stay given the details provided in the application.

• Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPR, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.

• Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPR, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study.

Post refusal, Mr. Shaad got in touch with our team at Delhi Immigration Services and our experts worked on the application to address the previous concerns and also prepared the application this time in a comprehensive manner. Eventually, he has received the visa approval successfully on January 29, 2026.
