A complete body workout should target all the major muscle groups in your body, including the chest, back, shoulders, arms, abs, and legs. Here is a sample workout that you can try:
👉🏻Warm-up: Start with 5-10 minutes of light cardio, such as jogging or jumping jacks, to get your blood flowing and your muscles warmed up.
👉🏻Chest: Perform 3 sets of bench press, 8-12 reps per set, to target your chest muscles. You can also do push-ups as an alternative.
👉🏻Back: Do 3 sets of pull-ups or lat pulldowns, 8-12 reps per set, to target your back muscles.
👉🏻Shoulders: Perform 3 sets of shoulder press, 8-12 reps per set, to target your shoulder muscles.
👉🏻Arms: Do 3 sets of bicep curls and tricep extensions, 8-12 reps per set, to target your arm muscles.
👉🏻Abs: Perform 3 sets of crunches or planks, 8-12 reps per set, to target your abdominal muscles.
👉🏻Legs: Do 3 sets of squats or lunges, 8-12 reps per set, to target your leg muscles.
👉🏻Cool-down: Finish with 5-10 minutes of stretching to help your muscles recover and prevent injury.
Remember to choose weights and reps that challenge you, but don't push you beyond your limits. Always listen to your body and take breaks as needed.
