anding its Application in Daily Life. I have been teaching students since my college days as it was my passion. I thought ‘Life is set now’. But during my initial years of professional life, I struggled a lot to achieve recognition and promotions. I was really demotivated at that time. Later, I got a chance to visit site/field, wherein I got practical exposure. And after that everything was crystal clear to me. From there onwards, my career curve started rising exponentially with awards and achievements. I sincerely gave a thought- WHY IT HAPPENED? I realized, I:
• Obtained Good Marks by Re-Reading (Mugging-up) Theory.
• Never had Science Conceptual Clarity.
• Never Performed Science Practically.
• Never Applied Science Application in Daily Life. That was the moment, I decided that this should not happen with ‘Future Generation of Students’. I, then did an extensive research with parents, teachers, professors, coaching faculty members, my students and friends. Results were:
• Practical Approach of Learning was missing.
• Application of Education was missing.
• Academic Syllabus is appropriate.
• Ways of Imparting Education can be Improved. It was a Bulb ON Moment for me, because my self-analysis and research results were similar. The findings were true, because all of us have experienced that by performing anything by our own hand, we remember it permanently for life. For example- swimming, cooking, cycling, driving, dancing etc…

Super absorbent polymers, such as Sodium Polyarcylate was developed in 1960's by Scientists which could absorb
hundreds of times their own weight in water and keep it there.
This was the revolutionary improvement on absorbent materials.
Many of the cosmetic products like gels, nail polish, soaps etc
sanitary products like diapers, towels and decorative work like artificial snow were made using Sodium Polyacrylate Polymer.
