SGT College of Pharmacy, SGT University organized a one-day industrial tour for M Pharmacy Scholars on Friday, April 15th 2022. The visit was planned in respect of visiting the manufacturing facilities for the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and to discuss MOU with SGT University. 𝐊𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐚 𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 has the vision to foster innovation, research and entrepreneurial activities in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) Industry and related areas. Kimia Biosciences Ltd is engaged in manufacturing bulk drugs addressing various high potential therapeutic segments and has envisaged high growth plans through infrastructure creation and CMS.

Students were exposed to various facilities related to Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) including most sophisticated Manufacturing and Analytical Instrumentation.

Dr Sabir Alam & Dr Avneet Kaur accompanied the students for the visit. Dr Manish Gupta, Coordinated and Prof. Vijay Bhalla, Principal convened the Industrial Visit.
