Message from Biraj

Each year as I watch my students celebrate the results of their board exams and revel in their academic success, I stop to reminisce about how all this started, so many years ago.

As I launch my center in Gurgaon, I must confess I have a few butterflies in my stomach (they tell me Gurgaon is a whole new different animal!) As we build our team of teachers we are confident that our mission finds resonance with parents who want their child to grow up knowing and believing that they have the ability and resources to do well…in life., support, and scaffolds provided then every child can be a winner and a happy one.

Year after year as I see their busy bodies energize my classrooms, their young and restless search for direction and their simple and sincere souls seek success I feel happy and rewarded that at a personal level I have been able to impact their lives.

It is my belief that by keeping my batch sizes small, I am able to give individualized attention to the needs of every child and that has made a difference. I believe that giving a personalized touch to the environment students learn in has an impact on their wanting to learn and quality of learning. I also believe that if concept gaps can be bridged, support and scaffolds provided then every child can be a winner and a happy one.

I have my students to thank for the huge amounts of trust and faith they have placed in my abilities and only them once again to thank for living up to my trust and faith in theirs.
