Do this at home, just 30 min full body workout. You can split into 02 parts:
1. Pushups 15-20
2. On the knee biceps curl 12-16
3. Plank switch 20
4. Hammer curl sumo squat 8-12
…repeat…
5. short burpee 15-20
6. Close press heavy 12-15
7. Dumbbell all around 16-20

Sunday short workout, I need to rush & mind is bending towards excuses. Just pull yourself & do this one. It won’t hamper your off, it will boost.
Just did 3 rounds, 44 reps in total, took 15-20 min with warm up n cooling down 😊 recorded few more reps for post and 10 min editing. In 30 min I did my workout and a post too. So satisfying, try it ….. ☀️
