We must listen to their stories of success as well as adversities and how they overcame or could not overcome in spite of best efforts. These give us strength, solace and forbearance to go through our lives. And we avoid making the same mistakes.
Listen to your elders especially in the family. They are our best well wishers.

The trainers should not only be enthusiastic and passionate about training but also have enough knowledge and experience about the subject and that is going beyond King Google.
They should also have the ability to articulate in a manner that message touches the hearts of the trainees. and ignite the desire to change for the better.
Many times, we pontificate impractical and unimplementable ideas without understanding the environment in which organizations may be functioning.

A leader should practice what he/she preaches. Emulation is more effective than inculcation.
