Please find below the Information from Niagara College for Future students -
As the world is under the pandemic of Covid 19,amidst the same,Education is still on the track. For the same the Canadian government will be releasing a list of Canadian Institutions that will be now able to support International student travel to Canada on October and and additonal list on 3rd November 2020.
Once Niagara College is confirmed to be able to assist student travel to Canada, the following assistance will be provided-
Assisting all current students studying in the Fall 2020 term to travel to Canada throughout the month of November and into January, subject to IRCC travel guidelines.
All students of Niagara College - current and new, studying in Winter 2021 programs that are fully online will be assisted in traveling to Canada during or before the month of January 2021, subject to IRCC travel guidelines.
Also, current and new- studying in Winter 2021 programs that have in-class components during November and December, subject to IRCC travel guidelines
Students must update their information NOW and before November 1st, 2020 to be entered in a draw for one of five full Winter 2021 term tuition fee scholarships.
Below is the detailed information about the Scholarship-
The dollar value of the scholarship varies by program. The range of the award is between $4,000 and $7,000 CAD.
It will be only awarded to a student that is enrolled in a full-time program at Niagara College.
The scholarship value is the full tuition fees only of the Winter 2021 term of an academic or English for Academic Preparation program.
Does not apply to service, administrative, insurance or ancillary fees
Scholarship is awarded on the 10th Day of class of the Winter 2021 term by a random draw on January 18th, 2021.
Scholarship amount varies by program and is based on the program tuition fee rate.
The Scholarship is applicable to the Winter 2021 term admissions only.
Flexible Payment Options for New Students Joining the Winter 2021 Term
Students can pay $3,000 CAD by November 1st and do not have to pay the rest of their fees until December 1st, 2020 to hold their program seat!
If a student does not pay $3,000 by November 1st, they may lose the seat allocated to them in their program and their ability to enter Canada
A portion of this deposit, $1,000, will be used toward their quarantine plan to assist with their travel to Canada and is non-refundable
