📚 Last week, I had an amazing time at Chitkara University, connecting with MBA students in a session about Risk Management, Audit and Assurance. It was a fantastic experience interacting with these sharp minds. Our planned 1-hour session stretched to almost 2 hours because these students were so curious and up-to-date, asking totally relevant questions.

This is truly the best part of my job - engaging with fresh faces, sharing my experiences, and soaking in their wisdom. Speaking of the evolving landscape, the big question is, "Will AI sn**ch our jobs?" My go-to response: AI is here to assist, not replace. It might gobble up jobs of those who lag behind in tech-savviness.

This morning, I had the absolute pleasure of connecting with a new group of bright and ambitious students in yet another fulfilling mentorship session. As an ACCA mentor, I am constantly reminded of why I love this part of my job so much – the opportunity to guide and support individuals on their ACCA journey is truly rewarding!

Being able to share my knowledge, experiences, and insights with these aspiring professionals is a privilege I hold dear. It's a chance to give back to a community that has given me so much throughout my own ACCA journey. As I guide them through the vast sea of accounting principles, financial management, and business strategies, I am constantly reminded of the impact mentors have had on my own growth.

But it's not just a one-way street. These mentorship sessions provide me with an incredible opportunity for personal growth as well. Each encounter brings new perspectives, challenges my own understanding, and keeps me on my toes. It's a constant reminder to stay updated with the latest developments and emerging trends in the field, ensuring I provide the most relevant guidance to my mentees.

The ACCA journey is not an easy one, but with the right guidance and support, the possibilities are endless. Watching my mentees thrive, overcome obstacles, and achieve their goals is an indescribable feeling. It reinforces my belief in the power of mentorship and the incredible potential within each and every student I have the privilege of guiding.

Noone really knows how difficult 2021 was for me. I shared my most beautiful moments with everyone but there were some really hard days and those tough days have made me nothing but stronger in life.
I know not everything goes as planned
I know everything will be fine in the end
Whatever happens, happens for the best
Health is the most important thing in life
And I know I have to be ambitious yet content in life.
