Super Delicious French Almond and Orange Cake.

Recipe

Ground Almond (powder)- 3 cups
Brown sugar 3/4 th cup
Maida 2 tblspns
Eggs 3
Melted unsalted butter 1/2 cup
Fresh orange juice 1/2 cup
Yoghurt 1 tblspn
Orange rhind 1 tblspn
Baking powder 1/2 tblspn
Almond slivers 1 tblspn

Method

Line a baking tin.
Preheat oven at 180 Degrees for 10 mins
In a food processor -
Blitz eggs a bit. Don't overdo
Add sugar and mix.
Add melted butter, orange juice, curd, orange zest and Blitz again.
Add Almond flour, maida and baking powder.
Mix and prepare a homogeneous mixture.
Transfer in the greased baking tin.
Top it with Almond slivers and grated zest.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes or till skewer comes out clean.

Serve with coffee.

Brownie and Cookie love ❤️

Baked these super yummy and super easy brookie. Deliciousness in each bite.

I was craving for both brownie and cookies so thought to combine both and enjoy bite sized moments of happiness.

Today I have not used the regular rectangular brownie tin. Instead I baked these in a circular baking tin. Believe me these are so satisfying and pair well with coffee.

I must say Life is better with Brookies. 😀
