Having started her career with the Oberoi Hotels, Swathi has worked at many five star kitchens across India, such as Oberoi Mumbai, Delhi and Wildflower Hall-Shimla. She headed the pastry kitchen for celebrity Chef Anton Mosimann in London, cooking at prestigious locations such as The Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, St.James’s Palace and many venues across Europe. Swathi was head of Pastry operations for the International Olympic Committee (IOC) at the Beijing Olympics in 2008. Swathi will also be representing Anton Mosimann at the IOC pastry kitchens at the 2012 London Olympics. Swathi has also consulted for a variety of high profile pastry kitchens such as, Oberoi Rajvilas, Ista hotel,Hyderabad and Manré, an up-market restaurant set up by Ramola Bachchan in New Delhi. Balancing motherhood and her love for baking, Swathi has now taken on the role of an independent consultant and trainer. In the recent past Swathi has conducted baking and cake decoration classes for professionals and amateurs in Dubai with much success.
