What you are weak at today may turn out to be your greatest strength tomorrow. ❤️
Ummmm….Let me start off by thanking each and everyone of you who decided to join Ocean’s online community. Ahh, 400k subscribers!!!! It still feels as if I'm in a dream! 🙏
Now, since you guys spend a lot of time watching my YouTube videos I would love to tell you who it all evolved. ❤️
Fun fact- I may appear confident in front of the camera today, but I despised being in front of the camera.
Par life option kaha deti hai! Because of the Covid outbreak, I had no choice but to make videos. Ocean's branches were all non-operational; it was a do-or-die situation. And making videos seemed to be the only way to keep Ocean's name alive.
It might surprise you but it used to take me 15-20 days to record a single video. You know..expressing yourself in front of a camera is a different game altogether than conducting classroom sessions or seminars.
Writing scripts, setting up low budget studio, no AC, no fan to drown out background noise, sweating, taking long pauses after each sentence, stammering, fumbling, and what not!
Ew! Learning the art of video making has been the most difficult skill for me to master!
But, fortunately, when I look back now, all of that struggle seems worthwhile. It's incredible to see how large our channel has grown and we are touching the lives of so many English learners. Your immense love, indeed, made it a remarkable journey. 🙏❤️
Important take away - if you're struggling to find your way to success, that means you're on the right track; keep pushing yourself just 0.1 percent better every day and keep grinding yourself, trust me, no one can stop you from achieving your goals.
Those who don’t know me, I am Vidushi Kaushik, founder, and CEO of Ocean English Academy, language trainer, Corporate Trainer, IELTS trainer, and now a YouTuber as well.
But it's you, my online community, who have brought me recognition and an outpouring of love. Thank you very much for letting me your guide on your language learning journey. And I promise that I will not stop until I reach every learner who wishes to learn and speak English confidently.
With Love
Vidushi 🙏

Did you know?
The suffixes “-able” and “-ible” are both used to form adjectives meaning “possible, capable of, suitable for, or causing.” Of the two, “-able” is much more common: it is what’s known as a “living” or “productive” suffix, meaning that it is still being used to create new words. The variant “-ible,” on the other hand, is only used in older words that have survived into modern English.
Because they are spelled so similarly and have the same pronunciation (/əbəl/), it can sometimes be hard to remember which is the correct one to use. Unfortunately, there are not very many conventions we can follow to know which suffix to use (and those that do exist are not always reliable). Instead, this section will focus on the different ways “-able” and “-ible” each attach to words, along with many examples for each.

What happens if you don't apologize for your mistakes? Well, you could damage your relationships, harm your reputation, and even limit your career opportunities. After all, no one wants to work with someone who can't take responsibility for their own actions.
If you're a manager or team leader refusing to apologize also negatively affects your team and sets a bad example. The resulting animosity, tension and pain can create a toxic work environment.
Every apology should start with two magic words: "I'm sorry," or "I apologize."
For example, you could say: "I'm sorry that I snapped at you yesterday. I feel embarrassed and ashamed by the way I acted."
Your words need to be sincere and authentic . Be honest with yourself, and with the other person, about why you want to apologize. Never make an apology when you have ulterior motives, or if you see it as a means to an end.
