A lot of teachers have given respect to Education Minister Punjab S. Harjot Singh Bains ji had taken to the notice that due to a mismatch of his transfer application data, he has missed the transfer.

Similarly, there was a huge demand for teachers who wanted to transfer to vacant stations during the first round of transfers that they should be given another chance to transfer within the district to get transferred to a station near/favorite of their residence S S A N E S.

All these teachers appealed to the Hon'ble Education Minister to be given another chance to correct the data and transfer within the district.

Harjot Singh Bains ji has ordered to correct the incorrect data and to give special opportunity to teachers/computer faculty/employees who have succeeded in getting transferred on 20/05/2023, except those teachers/computer faculties/employees who want to get transferred within the district Log in to e-Punjab portal for transfer correct your data till 2:00 pm tomorrow 22/05/2023 😀 😀 😀 O.O.P. Colon approval and vacant stations can select station from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm only on date 22/05/2023

The list of vacancies available for transfer will be displayed on the Station Choice link in Transfer Menu by Login to the Punjab Portal.
Station Choice can be done from these available empty stations.

The hours of waiting are over......

District-to-district transfer orders for the first round of Punjab teachers will be released online shortly.

A total of 5172 teachers in the state had applied for their transfers district-to-district transfers through online, out of which 2651 transfer orders have been issued.

Similarly, 308 non teaching staff members of the school practice had applied for the transfer, out of which 275 have been transferred.

These changes have been made online based on merit points obtained with full transparency.

The complete merit list of each teacher who applied will also be uploaded on the website, maintaining transparency.

After this, the work of inter district transfers in the second round and mutual transfers in the third round will be completed.

In coming days, I will try to have full time teachers in every school in Punjab and to adjust the teachers near their homes.
