We had opportunity to work with students of The Vivekananda School for over 3 years. What began as a pilot with only Grade 5 students soon got extended to all the students of the school from Grade 1 to Grade 8. The parent participation in our journey was both overwhelming and humbling.

We use the term so often. As educators, parents and care-givers, we recognise that in the VUCA world, children need to be life-long learners.

Yet, how do we provide the space that enables and inspires them to be life-long learners?
That's a question we are continually dwelling in. We keep altering and adjusting our practices such that students may

❤️ Look within and be responsible for their own growth.

This constant introspection and improvement by the Speaker City team is at the heart of what Ayesha is saying in this video. When she says that

❤️earlier she was "nervous about competitions" and used to "try and avoid them" whereas now she is "looking forward to them"
❤️ that she is used to work to "get the rubrics" but her rubrics actually improved when she focus on the practices rather than the rubrics.
