So I was looking a quick healthy snack for My pre workout meal on @swiggyindia and came across this Cafe on swiggy’s platform offering a buy 1 get 1 free on some food items. So I went ahead and ordered an omelette and a coffee for me and My gym buddy. After waiting for a while I received the order and I opened it and to my shock It was just one portion. I was irritated as I was starving and we had to leave for the gym. So I contacted the swiggy customer care and they were of least help. After trying to tell them the case several times. They offered me a 100 rs refund. I told them that I want my food not the money. But it was of no use as they were least interested in helping the customer. I’ve had several similar cases with swiggy before as well but this was the last nail of the coffin.
