It requires sustainable and continuous effort and adequate human resources to promote inclusive growth. Higher education, training and research is very crucial for the development of region. For achieving this objective, Universities in the region are required to play an i

mportant role, reorienting themselves to this new agenda. The university are required to undertake applied research, interact with the society and develop quality human resources. With these objectives , Gulbarga University and Hyderabad Karnataka Regional Development Board have joined together for establishing Centre for Regional Studies and development' as a joint venture.
