๐ŸŽ‰ Koreaโ€™s No.1 Biscuit Snack โ€“ Lotte Pepero โ€“ is Now in India!

After the massive success of Choco Pie since 2006, Lotte India (part of Koreaโ€™s major Lotte Group) is now bringing another iconic product to Indian consumers: Pepero โ€” Koreaโ€™s #1 biscuit snack.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ This move marks a major milestone in Lotteโ€™s India journey as they localize production with a โ‚น475 crore investment in their Rohtak plant to manufacture Pepero and set up warehouse infrastructure.

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ผ โ€œPepero will be a hit among Gen Z and millennial consumers,โ€ said Milan Wahi, MD of Lotte India. The product has been customized to Indian preferences โ€” slightly sweeter than the Korean original โ€” and is available in two variants: Original and Crunchy, with price points ranging from โ‚น20 to โ‚น70.

๐Ÿ“ˆ By CY2025, Lotte India expects to hit โ‚น2,000 crore in revenue, and is targeting โ‚น3,000 crore by CY2027, with equal contribution from confectionery and ice cream (via Havmor).
