Honoured to visit the MSME Technology Centre, Greater Noida, today along with Mr. S. N. Tripathi Ji, Former IAS & Former Secretary, MSME, Government of India, and Mr. S. K. Singh Ji, Ex-IAS & Executive Director, SriGee DLM Ltd.

We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ran Bahadur, Assistant Director, MSME, Mr. Ankit Singh (EY–MSME) and the dedicated team, and engaging in insightful discussions on innovation, entrepreneurship, skill development, and strengthening India’s MSME ecosystem.

Such meaningful interactions and knowledge exchange inspire collaborative efforts toward economic growth, capacity building, and nation-building.

Honored to present my research paper titled “Analyzing the Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Customer Experience: A Strategic Perspective” at the 12th International Conference on Business 5.0: Innovation, Technology and Sustainability in Global Prospects, organized by Amity Business School, Amity University Madhya Pradesh.

This scholarly platform offered an enriching environment to engage with experts, researchers, and academicians exploring the intersection of AI, technology-driven transformations, and sustainable business strategies.
