With great pride and pleasure, the Sharda School of Humanities and Social Sciences announces the successful completion of the 11th cohort visit of the "5-Day Substance Abuse & Rehabilitation Training Programme" for the Royal Government of Bhutan, since 2024, conducted in collaboration with the International Relations Division of Sharda University. 📚
The programme enriched participants with comprehensive knowledge on the concepts, prevalence, incidence, consequences, prevention, and rehabilitation of substance abuse from the perspectives of Psychology, Law, and Medicine. 👩🏻⚕️

Sharda University is proud to share that Prof (Dr.) Anviti Gupta, Dean, Sharda School of Humanities and Social Sciences and Founder Chairperson, Abhivyakti Wellness Clinic & Counselling Cell, was a distinguished panelist at the Panel Discussion on “Ethics in Clinical Psychology Practice & Future of the Clinical Psychology Discipline”, hosted by Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida.
Prof. Gupta shared valuable insights on the growing need and relevance of Clinical Psychology in counselling youth within university settings, while addressing the ethical responsibilities, challenges, and emerging concerns involved in supporting student mental health.

🌍 Summer School on Foreign Policy 2026 | Sharda University 📚
The Sharda School of Humanities and Social Sciences, in collaboration with the Forum for Global Studies (FGS), New Delhi, and RUDN University, Moscow, successfully organized the Summer School on Foreign Policy 2026 on the theme “Navigating Global Change: Digital Geopolitics, Big Data, Global Trade, and International Law.”
Over five enriching days, participants engaged with eminent scholars, diplomats, defence experts, legal practitioners, and industry leaders like Mr. Subimal Bhatacharjee, Ms. Anubha Gupta, Mr. Sanjay Tripathi, Dr. Jyoti Kumar, Major Sanjay Christopher Meston, Prof. Jajati Pattnaik, Mr. Rohan Dange and others on critical global issues including cyber security, artificial intelligence, information warfare, global trade, energy geopolitics, international law, and global governance.
Through interactive dialogues, panel discussions, workshops, and policy deliberations, the programme fostered critical thinking, policy analysis, and a deeper understanding of contemporary international affairs, preparing participants to navigate an increasingly complex global landscape.🌎
Our Dean, Prof. (Dr.) Anviti Gupta has also interacted with the esteemed diplomats and luminaries regarding the future collaborations with the aim to enhance knowledge, skills and ability of our students who desire to work in the field of International Relations and Geo Politics. 🤝
