Clarification( स्पष्टीकरण)- This is to clarify that the use of the term “IIMT” or “IIMTU” in my username is not intended to impersonate, mislead, or represent any official institution or organization.
The inclusion of such terms is purely for identification purposes, referring only to my association as a student/alumnus/participant (whichever applies) and does not claim any official endorsement or authority from the said institution.
I understand and respect Instagram’s policies against impersonation and misuse of institutional names. However, as long as the username does not misrepresent an official account or attempt to deceive the public, it falls under fair and non-commercial personal use, which is not prohibited under Instagram’s Terms of Use or applicable laws regarding identity..
स्पष्टीकरण:- यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि मेरे उपयोगकर्ता नाम में "IIMT" या "IIMTU" शब्दों का प्रयोग किसी आधिकारिक संस्थान या संगठन का प्रतिरूपण, गुमराह या प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए नहीं किया गया है।
ऐसे शब्दों का समावेश विशुद्ध रूप से पहचान के उद्देश्य से है, जो केवल एक छात्र/पूर्व छात्र/प्रतिभागी (जो भी लागू हो) के रूप में मेरे जुड़ाव को संदर्भित करता है और उक्त संस्थान से किसी आधिकारिक समर्थन या अधिकार का दावा नहीं करता है।
मैं संस्थागत नामों के प्रतिरूपण और दुरुपयोग के विरुद्ध Instagram की नीतियों को समझता/समझती हूँ और उनका सम्मान करता/करती हूँ। हालाँकि, जब तक उपयोगकर्ता नाम किसी आधिकारिक खाते का गलत प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं करता या जनता को धोखा देने का प्रयास नहीं करता, तब तक यह निष्पक्ष और गैर-व्यावसायिक व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के अंतर्गत आता है, जो Instagram की उपयोग की शर्तों या पहचान संबंधी लागू कानूनों के तहत निषिद्ध नहीं है।
