If you’re a teacher, or a school leader ready to invest in your teachers, we warmly invite you to join this journey.

Level 1 at a glance:
• Learn the art of facilitation & community-building
• Practise with a teacher community in your school/organisation
• Begin with a 5-day in-person offsite (22–26 April 2026, Delhi)
• Continue with guided online learning over 6 months

What shifts through TLP:
🧑‍🏫Teachers grow in self-leadership, pedagogical clarity, and confidence as facilitators.

🏫Schools develop self-sustaining teacher communities that strengthen learning culture over time.
