Some thoughts from parents whose children spent last summer at GMI.

For a lot of families, choosing music seriously can still feel unfamiliar. What stood out to many of these parents wasn’t just the learning, but the environment their children stepped into, students from across the country, days spent making music together, and a space built entirely around people who care deeply about it.

At GMI Summer Camp, students experience an environment where finally music isn’t treated like something on the side. It’s the centre of the stage.

This summer, GMI is offering scholarships for women/girls applying to the Music Production Camp at GMI Summer Camp 2026.

Maybe you’ve wanted to make beats, record vocals, mix tracks, or just understand what happens behind the speakers. You don’t need to know everything before stepping into the studio. The first step into production is usually just deciding to try it.
