On August 10, 2026, students of the PGDM Batch 2026–28 (Section I) at GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research, Greater Noida, attended a live recording of Aap Ki Adalat, India TV’s popular talk show hosted by veteran journalist Rajat Sharma, featuring renowned Kannada actor Yash.

From observing Rajat Sharma’s incisive questioning to hearing Yash speak candidly about his journey, struggles, hard work and self-belief, students gained valuable insights into communication, audience engagement and public interaction.

Building the Mindset for Corporate Excellence!

GLBIMR, Greater Noida, successfully conducted an insightful workshop on "Unlocking Potential: Building the Mindset for Corporate Excellence" as part of the PGDM Induction Programme 2026–28.

The session was led by renowned Clinical Psychologist Prof. (Dr.) Aruna Broota, who inspired students to look beyond academic achievements and focus on the qualities that define exceptional professionals. Through thought-provoking discussions, students explored how character, mindset, emotional intelligence, and inclusive thinking shape long-term success in the corporate world.

The workshop encouraged participants to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, strengthen interpersonal relationships, and recognize how beliefs and unconscious biases influence decision-making.

Dr. Sapna Rakesh, Director, GLBIMR, appreciated the enriching learning experience, while Dr. Priyanka Sadhna and Prof. Neha Batta coordinated the workshop and extended their gratitude to everyone who contributed to its success.

The vibrant spirit of the PGDM Batch 2026–28 came alive at Extravaganza 2026, the much-awaited cultural event held on 25th July 2026 at GL Bajaj Institute of Management and Research, Greater Noida.

The event provided a dynamic platform for our newly inducted students to showcase their hidden talents through mesmerizing dance performances, soulful music, engaging acts and creative expressions. Their enthusiasm, confidence and team spirit truly reflected the energy of the future leaders we are proud to nurture.
