HL international School believes in holistic development of the child, under this light our school has organized a captivating self-defense training program, aimed at empowering its students. The program witnessed the enthusiastic participation of students from Grades 6–12. Throughout the sessions, the students were introduced to an array of effective self-defense techniques. This meticulously designed program not only fostered physical strength and coordination but also nurtured discipline, self-confidence, and respect, honor and self esteem among the students.
