Thank you for reaching out to SWARLIPI SCHOOL OF MUSIC AND DANCE.
Our founder believes in teaming arts with science and providing the best possible outcome to everyone. As technology has evolved, the process of teaching and learning must evolve to adapt to the new-age of Guru Shishya parampara. Thus, the new techniques has been discovered to give you all the best possible results.
We've come up with something new this time! It's a complete new concept in our Country and well known to the foreign countries.
"Mobility exercises along with Movement sequence techniques course". This is something which will balance your body and mind. A complete fitness therapy for people of all age. Thus, looking forward to something exciting this time.

The course will consist
8 movement sequence classes and 2 classical dance methodologies.

A simple dancers warm up exercise shown by our senior student Srishti Anjali Tripathi
Procedure- either you can keep your hands In waist or clasp the wrists in front, legs are turned out. Walk forward slowly with close steps.
a) From the starting position, gradually start sitting. Heels are raised.
b) Legs are turned out. Gradually sit fully down on the raised heels, not joined together.
c) Gradually get up. Finish standing straight. Adjust the feet to the starting position.
*Benifits* :-
Provides flexibility and strengthens the knees. Gain balance, firm and well developed legs. Makes it easier for achieving the basic stance of Bharatanatyam.

This piece is a combination of NRITYA & ABHINAYA
It is interpreted from the perspective of a Gopika who reminisces in the memories that she had of Krishna as she walks through Vrindavan.
Everything around her reminds her of Krishna and she thinks of the moments that they spent together as she describes his beauty.
