Employee engagement event inspires underprivileged children with teamwork and confidence

Greater Noida West: A meaningful employee engagement initiative by NEC Corporation India Pvt Ltd. brought smiles, confidence and valuable life lessons to children at Amarpushp Educational and Welfare Society. The event successfully blended creativity, learning and collaboration, leaving a lasting impact on over 80 participating children.

Children showcase talent through poetry

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from more than 80 children, who confidently recited poems and showcased their creative abilities. Their performances reflected growing confidence and expressive skills, earning appreciation from the visiting employees. The interaction helped create an encouraging environment where children felt heard and valued.

Games and activities promote team spirit

Taking the engagement a step further, employees and children participated together in fun-filled games and competitions. These activities fostered teamwork, collaboration and mutual learning. The shared experiences helped break barriers and created a lively, inclusive atmosphere where both employees and children learned from each other.

Active participation from the NEC team

The initiative saw active involvement from NEC employees, including Nitin Chopra, Rekha Gupta, kritika, Dinesh, Sachin Tyagi, Kundan Kumar and Navneet. Their presence and participation made the event engaging and memorable for the children. Young participants Siddharth, Priyanshu and Amishi also showed great enthusiasm during the games.

In addition to recreational activities, NEC employees conducted career counselling sessions, guiding children on future aspirations. They addressed queries related to becoming doctors, engineers and scientists, offering practical insights and motivation.

The core objective of the initiative was to provide children with exposure, encouragement and opportunities to build confidence. At the same time, it enabled corporate employees to connect meaningfully with the community and contribute beyond their professional roles.

Expressing gratitude, Director Gitanjali Kushwaha extended a heartfelt vote of thanks to the NEC team and said:

अमरपुष्प एजुकेशनल एंड वेलफेयर सोसाइटी द्वारा स्वास्थ्य शिविर का सफल आयोजन

अमरपुष्प एजुकेशनल एंड वेलफेयर सोसाइटी द्वारा स्वस्थम हॉस्पिटल के सहयोग से एक स्वास्थ्य शिविर का सफल आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें 80 से अधिक विद्यार्थियों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का लाभ प्रदान किया गया।

इस स्वास्थ्य शिविर के अंतर्गत नेत्र परीक्षण, दंत परीक्षण, बाल रोग विशेषज्ञ परामर्श सहित सामान्य स्वास्थ्य जांच की गई। स्वस्थम हॉस्पिटल से आए अनुभवी चिकित्सकों एवं मेडिकल स्टाफ ने विद्यार्थियों तथा उनके अभिभावकों की जांच कर आवश्यक चिकित्सकीय सलाह दी।

इस पहल का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना तथा प्रारंभिक स्तर पर स्वास्थ्य संबंधी समस्याओं की पहचान करना था। शिविर के दौरान बच्चों को आंखों की देखभाल, दंत स्वच्छता, पोषण एवं सामान्य स्वास्थ्य से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी भी दी गई।

अमरपुष्प एजुकेशनल एंड वेलफेयर सोसाइटी की निदेशक गीतांजलि कुशवाहा ने इस सफल आयोजन के लिए डॉ. ऋषिता, डॉ. वैशाली, प्रार्थना तथा स्वस्थम हॉस्पिटल की मेडिकल टीम का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि ऐसे स्वास्थ्य शिविर बच्चों के सर्वांगीण विकास एवं स्वस्थ भविष्य के निर्माण में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं।

संस्था ने भविष्य में भी समाज के हित में इस प्रकार के जनकल्याणकारी कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने की प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई।
