💪 39 and just getting started.

Over the years I gained fat, lost energy, and ignored my health. At 39, I decided to take action. 2-3 months of consistent training + clean eating = 5 kilos down, mostly fat ✅. But there is still a long way to go.

For me, motivation comes and goes. What really matters is discipline. Stay consistent. Keep your basics clear. Results will follow.
